Anthony Carange and Youssef Diouri deliver AI training in the municipal sector and reach one conclusion: AI will reshape every industry, and local government will not be spared. 2023 · Founding ### Carange Solutions is born in Montreal. A clear mission: make AI genuinely useful for Quebec's public sector, in French, with human support, not buzzwords. Munia ### An AI built for local government takes shape. Simon, a software engineering graduate specialized in cybersecurity, joins the journey as a third shareholder. Munia is born: hosted at OVH in Beauharnois, compliant with Quebec's Law 25, with agents specialized by task. Not another ChatGPT, but a platform designed for cities. 2025 · First deployments ### Saint-Anicet documents gains of 70 to 98%. The deployment at one of our first municipal clients becomes a measured case study, published on GPS Climat. Incubation ### The Centech (ÉTS) and IVADO take us in. Carange Solutions joins the Centech's Propulsion program, one of the most respected technology incubators in the country, along with the IVADO incubator. First adopter ### The City of Mascouche leads the way. Mascouche becomes our launch partner: a city that chooses to innovate first, and to build what comes next with us. April 2026 · The media ### Les Affaires and InfoBref tell the story. Roughly a hundred municipalities use Munia, from 300 to 100,000 residents. The story now reaches well beyond our walls.
