We take care of the rest, and we tell you. 1 ### You write to us The form below, or an email with the person's and the municipality's names. An intro from you, if you wish, is worth gold. 2 ### We contact them within 48 h A first exchange suited to their size: the DG of an 800-resident municipality and the management of a 40,000-resident city do not have the same days. 3 ### Demonstration and guided start On demonstration files, with a champion identified in the team. They then decide freely, through the same process as everyone. 4 ### We thank you A direct thank-you, news at every step, and recognition addressed to your organization, never to a person. 03 Our rules ## In the municipal world, trust is earned by following the rules. Here they are. What we never do - No personal benefit to an elected official or a municipal employee, whatever the amount: that is Quebec's Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act, and it is our rule - No solicitation in your peer groups or associations - No referral taken lightly: the referred municipality deserves the same care as any prospect What we do - Any recognition goes to the referring organization, never to a person - At most one referral request per client per year - News to the referrer at every step, even when it does not lead anywhere Your feedback shapes Munia Organizations that use Munia intensively are invited to the Munia Opinion Session: an online meeting, by invitation, where the product team listens before building. You receive nothing personally: that is what Quebec's Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act provides, and it is our rule without exception. Recognition, if any, goes to your organization. ### What does the municipality I refer receive? A demonstration suited to its size and a guided start with our team. It then decides freely, through the same process and on the same terms as everyone. ### And my organization? Recognition addressed to the organization, never to a person, identical for all.
