The new assistant does not appear in the right sidebar

Your recently created assistant is not showing up in the list, or cannot be edited? A simple page refresh solves this display issue.

The problem

After creating a new assistant in Munia, it may not be immediately visible in the right sidebar. You may also find that it is impossible to edit or access it.

The cause

This behaviour is related to temporary data caching in your browser. The interface simply has not refreshed the list of available assistants yet.

The solution

To display your new assistant:

  1. Refresh the Munia page using one of the following methods:

    • Click your browser's refresh button
    • Press F5 on your keyboard
    • Use Ctrl + R

  2. Check the right sidebar: your assistant should now appear in the list.

  3. Access your assistant: you can now select and edit it normally.

Good to know

This behaviour is temporary and normal. It is not a malfunction, simply a delay in synchronizing the display. Refreshing forces the displayed information to update.
