Whenever possible, we always use zero retention mode (zero day retention/no data retention) with these providers, so that your content is not kept by them after processing.

All documents generated by the application, including those produced with the help of AI, are also kept on our servers to support your continued use of the Services. Generated documents may incorporate or reflect the results of processing by artificial intelligence.

We do not share your documents or files with unauthorized third parties. Content is shared for processing only with our trusted AI providers, as indicated above, and always under zero retention conditions.


4. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In short: We only process your personal information where the law permits it, generally on the basis of your consent, to comply with legislation, to provide contractual services, to protect your rights or to pursue our legitimate interests.
