A first exchange suited to their size: the DG of an 800-resident municipality and the management of a 40,000-resident city do not have the same days.

On demonstration files, with a champion identified in the team. They then decide freely, through the same process as everyone.

03Our rules
In the municipal world, trust is earned by following the rules. Here they are.
What we never do
- No personal benefit to an elected official or a municipal employee, whatever the amount: that is Quebec's Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act, and it is our rule
- No solicitation in your peer groups or associations
- No referral taken lightly: the referred municipality deserves the same care as any prospect
What we do
- Any recognition goes to the referring organization, never to a person
- At most one referral request per client per year
- News to the referrer at every step, even when it does not lead anywhere
Your feedback shapes Munia
Organizations that use Munia intensively are invited to the Munia Opinion Session: an online meeting, by invitation, where the product team listens before building. Several agents were born from a request made there.
