The Microsoft 365 administrator authorizes Munia once, for the whole organization. Our CTO sends the step-by-step procedure, in two variants depending on your configuration.
Everyone sees what they already see
Each user only accesses their own emails, files and chats, with the permissions their account already has. Munia adds no rights.

Copilot already in place?
Copilot lives in Microsoft 365; Munia now accesses it too, with its agents built for Quebec municipal work: resolutions, briefing notes, public notices, bylaws. The two coexist. See Copilot or Munia.
People stay in control, start to finish
Munia acts in your Microsoft 365 with your permissions, nothing more. An email goes out because you asked for it, a draft waits for your review, a file is read and is never deleted without your explicit instruction.

Yes, for all Munia users. Enabling it requires your IT department's approval, and we send them the procedure.
The authorization is given once, by the Microsoft 365 administrator, for the whole organization. Nothing to install on workstations.
